Select the address and date you’d like us to collect your packed boxes from. This address is also where we’ll send your flat-pack boxes and packing materials.
If you already know when you’d like your belongings returned, you can choose a return date during booking, but don’t worry if you’re unsure. You can update your return details anytime through your Kit Keeper online account. We simply require 3 working days’ notice.
We’ll guide you throughout the entire process, including emailing you an estimated collection time on the working day before your collection.
Need a more precise collection window? After placing your booking, you can upgrade to a timed collection slot for an additional fee:
Morning collection: 08:00 – 12:00
Afternoon collection: 12:00 – 17:00
In some locations, collections may be completed by trusted courier partners such as DPD. If this applies to your booking, we’ll send courier labels for you to attach securely to your boxes.
DPD collections usually take place between 09:00 – 18:00, although collections can occasionally run later. Please ensure your boxes are clearly labelled and securely packed.

Once collected, your boxes are safely stored in one of our trusted CCTV-monitored storage facilities.
You remain fully in control through your Kit Keeper online account, where you can:
• Update your return address
• Change your return date
• Manage your booking details
• Track your storage order
Your first storage payment is taken 7 days after collection, with future payments charged monthly on the same date.
When you end your storage, we calculate your final month based on the exact weeks used, meaning you only pay for the time you actually store with us.
Ready to get your belongings back? Simply select your return date and address at least 3 working days before you’d like your items returned.
Any changes to your return booking must also be made at least 3 working days in advance so we can plan delivery routes efficiently.
Return pricing:
£6.95 per box for returns within the same city
£10.94 per box for returns out of area or to a different city
The final payment, which includes the return fees and extra weeks of storage if any, will be taken 5 days before return date.
For returns outside the original collection city, we may use DPD or another trusted courier partner.
You’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your return every step of the way.
If you’d like a guaranteed morning or afternoon return slot, please contact us at least 3 working days before your return date and we’ll do our best to arrange it. Unfortunately, we are unable to book a return slot if your courier is DPD or you are returning to a differernt city than collected.
For local courier returns, we’ll email you an estimated delivery time on the working day before your return.
